Challenge

Hard wash water was neutralising CIP caustic and the boilers were scaling faster than the maintenance schedule allowed.

What we did

A twin softener for the wash and boiler feed, feeding an RO skid sized for reconstitution water, both fabricated in our Narendrapur shed.

Outcome

CIP cycles returned to spec and the boiler descaled once, not quarterly. The plant has run on our AMC since commissioning.

Challenge

The brewery needed a consistent, low-mineral water for mashing and dilution after their existing supply proved impossible to blend to recipe.

What we did

A two-bed demineralisation plant with automatic regeneration and a post-mix arrangement to dial the mineral profile back in deliberately.

Outcome

Batch-to-batch consistency improved measurably, and the brewing team now treats water quality as a spec, not a variable.

Challenge

Borewell feed carried dissolved iron that was staining the line and fouling the membranes of an existing RO.

What we did

An aeration-cum-filtration iron removal stage ahead of a new high-recovery RO, with antiscalant dosing to protect the elements.

Outcome

Iron at the outlet sits under 0.3 mg/L and the membrane replacement interval has stretched back toward design life.
