How a plant gets built
One sequence from first call to a running, maintained plant. Six steps, each with our own people on it.

Water analysis & design
We start with your feed water analysis and your target quality. You get a sized, costed plant — not a catalogue plate.

Fabrication
Built in our own shed at Narendrapur, in steel we cut and weld. We hold the tolerances and the delivery date.

Installation
Our own installation crews, not subcontracted. The plant goes in the way the drawing says it goes.
04
Commissioning
Our engineers tune the plant on your water, run the trials and hand over with data. We do not leave before it works.

Annual maintenance
Scheduled AMC visits, monitoring and refurbishment. We keep the plant at design duty, year after year.

Spares & service
Genuine spares, fast — including for plants we never built. And a human who answers when it is down at 2am.
